Homeowner Requests for Your Business

Reelsteelcenter Septic is a referral service. Homeowners send requests about septic and sewer problems, and the service connects them with independent local providers. If you run a septic or sewer business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for the network.

This is not a job posting. Reelsteelcenter Septic does not hire employees for field work. Providers stay independent, set their own prices and run their own jobs.

Who Fits the Network

The network is open to independent contractors who handle work such as:

• Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Septic system repair, including drainfield repair
• Water well service, where it is part of your business

Small owner-operated shops and larger companies are both welcome. You should serve homeowners in the region and be ready to take calls from them.

What Is Expected of Providers

Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold all licenses, permits and insurance that your state and town require.
• Be honest about what is wrong and what it takes to fix it.
• Give written quotes and explain anything that could change the price.
• Follow safe practices around tanks, gases and open excavations.
• Respect the property and leave the site tidy.
• Avoid making claims about response times you cannot keep.

Shoddy work hurts the homeowner and the home's value. Quality work builds your name locally.

• The towns you cover
• Your license or permit details
• A good contact number and email

A reply will follow with next steps if the network looks like a match. Sending an email does not promise a place in the network or a set number of requests.
